What advantage is there for farmers to produce ecologically friendly crops which could make a lower overall profit yield than genetically modified, but more ecologically unsound, crops that provide larger profits? There has to be a point where we stop producing what is quick, easy and cheap and actually produce what is best for the environment and the overall health of the population. |
