| Message | Mr. Speaker, In order to END Third world poverty, we must abolish farm subsidies to INEFFICIENT domestic farmers that lock Third World farmers out of the market. Foreign aid does not do ANYTHING and is an INSULT to Third-world farmers b/c it sends the message that Third World countries should NOT be economically independent with trading rights but "dependent" on "aid" from developed nations. --Asia L.
