Message | No not free. I know ZP hates it (I really don't care if he bitches or not) when I do this but let me refer to RL. Russian Federation does not have contraceptive subsidization and as a result it is very expensive for contraceptives. This is one of the reasons there is a lot of AIDs and HIV in Siberia. Inefficient for who? Inefficient to rich inbreeds? It sure as hell a efficient way of disease control. Then again, you dont care as long as you were richer than you were before. No taxes for you, you are too good for it. |
