| We, in God and Spirit, most faithful and Iliya loving and sole ruler, Io Ľubomír, by the Grace of God Czar and Autocrat, decree and determine by this imperial edict that the traitors calling themselves the Hosiany Národná Strana have usurped the power of God's Anointed and taken authority that does not belong to them. As a fit punishment, the traitors known as Archbishop Kamil Jedlicka, Bishop Valentín Strnad, Brother Branko Jespersen, Father Erland Knudsen, Bishop Father Paul Nordskov, Father Vasilică Petrescu, Father Dragomir Gabor, Father Štefan Blaha, Brother Jakub Musil, Father Edvárd Szekeres, Father Sava Kárpáthy, and Brother Etele Chalupnik shall pay with their lives for their crimes. As the penalty of impalement is not fit for men of the cloth, We decree that they shall be executed by manner of decapitation. Out of Our great mercy, we also decree that the leader of the traitors and heresiarch known as Cardinal Vladan Martinek shall be banished to the Monastery of Saint Volos in Kéjencvár, where he shall repent till the end of his days. To ensure that he will no longer be deluded by Satanail into tempting Our mercy or the patience of Boh and the Deltarian people, he shall be blinded with a red hot iron, losing his physical sight as he has long ago lost his spiritual one. Written in Tsěsarĭgradŭ in the year of Our Lord three thousand five hundred and nineteen, on the twentieth day of the month of October, on the Feast of Saints Pangratius and Euphthimia. |
