| Message | Mr. Speaker, Smoking causes harm to those who do not wish to receive the harm of tobacco. We cannot allow the people to kill others through smoking. Even those in private homes and clubs do not all want to be harmed by tobacco smoke. In good conscience, we cannot support this bill. I yield. |
