| Message | We call to Father Tendaji's attention that it is not the province of himself or this very body to decide upon the guilt or innocence of anyone. That being said, Deltaria does not forgive, but the Czar does. Former Cardinal Martinek will be released from the Monastery of Saint Volos and be allowed to live in exile in the Holy Luthori Empire. Our only condition is that he be allowed to live within the TPC church next to the Deltarian embassy, and that he be accompanied by two monks, personally selected by the Czar. It is foolish to refuse the generosity of those that have shown you mercy.
