| Mordusia no longer has a monarchy, the Treaty below no longer applies. == In order to assure peace, friendship and alliance between the great nations of Luthori and Mordusia, these two countries accept the following: 1. If either of the signatories of this treaty withdraw from it without the consent of the other, the country still a signatory shall not be obliged to continue respecting the terms of the treaty. This counts for the signatories Luthori and Mordusia. 2. The Head of House Orange-Villayn and House Sayon-Mordus as well as all his legal descendants will be recognized as the sole Emperors of Mordusia. 3. This title shall confer no additional privileges to the Emperor. 4. The birthday of the Emperor at the time of the signing of this treaty, June 2nd, shall be recognized as a national holiday by Mordusia. 5. The Holy Luthori Empire shall recognize the current government of Mordusia (at the time of the writing of this treaty) as the legal and legitimate governing entity of Mordusia. 6. Luthori and Mordusia shall sign free trade agreements. Neither Luthori nor Mordusia shall impose tariffs or duties on each others exports. 7. For the duration of this agreement, both Mordusia and Luthori shall remain members of the Commonwealth Nations of Terra Alliance (CNTA - http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1372). 8. Upon ratification of this treaty by both Mordusia and Luthori, Mordusia shall cede sovereignty of the Dovanian territory known as the Colony of New Mordusia to the Holy Luthori Empire. 9. Upon ratification of this treaty by both Mordusia and Luthori, Luthori shall transfer a sum of £ 75,000,000,000 to the Mordusian treasury, as payment for the purchase of New Mordusia." 10. Alduria, the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu, or any other nation ruled by the head of House Orange-Villayn and Sayon-Mordus may ratify this treaty to express their agreement with the aforementioned articles. == |
