| With the proposed entry of Jelbania into the Risa as a Vassal State, we call for a massive reduction in our international relations. The Foreign Office hereby grants permission for the nations of Deltaria, Barmenia, Pontesi, Vanuku and Zardugal to operate embassies on our soil. The closure of all other national embassies will be politely requested. Furthermore, with the heavy but justifiable war reparations we're required to pay to Deltaria, we feel that maintaining a policy of offering international aid to other nations is a prideful practice we can no longer afford. |

| Message | We question the Cosmopolitan Alliance's decision to oppose this bill. Is it their wish that the disastrous war with Deltaria continue? The Deltarians have already taken our capital, have deployed close to a half million men within our borders, with another million or so to spare ; not to mention the backing of the UMN and a close alliance with the superpower Empires of Indrala and Luthori, and could happily set ten million more coalition soldiers against us if they were to request assistance. We have one remaining army of barely 5,000 men. |
