| Fellow delegates of the Veche, we wish to officially object to the conduct of the Men-Aside (Vonkajšíci) within these hallowed halls. While we fully support the rights of the Czar's dogs to bear the symbols of their office with them wherever they may go, we call upon them to ensure that their sigils have been properly treated and embalmed, or at the very least are no more than one or two days old. The olfactory sensations of close proximity to the Czar's dogmen is unpleasant to say the least, and may indeed be condusive to battlefield diseases such as slow-fever, camp-fever or the yellow flux. With that said, we would also request that the dogmen be gently encouraged to take it upon themselves to investigate the benefits of delousing powders and regular bathing.
