| Message | Mr. Speaker, We are NOT opposed to the use of nuclear weapons but they should be used as a LAST RESORT!!! When we drop an atomic bomb or nuclear missile at a launch site, the COLLATERAL DAMAGE alone will kill BILLIONS of INNOCENT civilians.
