MessageMr. Speaker,

We have removed Articles 1, 2, and 3, and placed them in a new bill. This bill should have the support of the CWF and the DU.

MessageMr. Speaker,

These are our party's thoughts on Article 1: By not giving aid to the refugees that will come in our country, it will be difficult for them not to end up in poverty and later be compelled to commit criminal acts. These refugees are victims of "extreme circumstances" as the bill says. How likely is it that they will bring with them enough money to set themselves up in Rutania? It is highly unlikely. Thus they will probably only end up as problems to society.

These are our party's thoughts on Article 2: Our party believes that a free exchange of ideas is essential to Rutania, whether these ideas are exchanged between Rutanians or with the wider world. Harassing those who would want to visit Rutania and potentially study its culture of converse with its people is harmful only to Rutanians.

We cannot support this bill.
