| The Progressive Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Holy Luthori Empire. Foreign Affairs spending shall be 90% devoted to foreign aid. This will be replacing our interventionist military, which shall be now devoted to defending homeland security domestically. We will win peace not through war, but rather through love. The peace dividend will go to improving quality of life domestically. |

| Message | OOC: Yeah, I am ignoring this since it violates every ounce of realism that exist. Luthori is an Empire, and has always had a strong military. Over time we can move to pacifism, but not over night. So I am not going to accept this. |
