MessageMr Speaker,

profit is an incentive for excellence in quality in all sectors of business, and we should not bitterly complain about the lack of altruism among those running charter schools if only the results are satisfying, which they without a doubt will be a in a private, for-profit education system.

MessageMr Speaker,

This is pure madness. For-profit schools are the absolutely best for competing by offering different services that suits different students. We can still pay for everyone's education through vouchers.
