| Message | Non vediamo il motivo di questo taglio casuale alla sanità. Per pareggiare il bilancio sarebbe comunque necessario scendere sotto i 111,000,000,000 LIS e data l'enorme quantità di LIS spesi per gli affari esteri o per l'agricoltura magari sarebbe più utile cominciare a tagliare da li. |

Tale somma, all'epoca, risultò da indagini internazionali congrua alle esigenze della popolazione e non si verificò nessuna protesta spontanea da parte delle organizzazioni sindacali.
