This bill makes changes to the Debate Act. the Debate Act: All bills should be debated on for 24 hours before going to a vote if they are taken to vote all other parties should vote no. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=382937 The Debate Act 2: 1) It is impolite to move a bill, not debated on for 24 hours, to a vote. The party guilty for this action will become an "impolite party". 2) A party of the cabinet can call 3 times a "RED CODE" in one legislature. A party of the opposition can call 2 times a "RED CODE" in one legislature. (A legislature is the time between elections.) 3) By a "RED CODE" a party can move a bill to vote whenever the party wants to. The party writes "RED CODE" in the Bill title. 4) An "Impolite party" can become a polite party by making his excuses publicly. He can do so 3 times per legislature. 5) No other party will form or maintain a cabinet with an "impolite party". 6) Parties who aren't aware that this Act exists, can not be seen as an "impolite party". ( Protection for new parties in Alduria.) 7) If this Act passed there will be amnesty granted to all parties who had break the law concerning the Debate Act. 8) A call for early elections will not be blocked by this Act. |
