The Debate Act 2:

1) It is impolite to move a bill, not debated on for 24 hours, to a vote. The party guilty for this action will become an "impolite party".
2) A party of the cabinet can call 3 times a "RED CODE" in one legislature. A party of the opposition can call 2 times a "RED CODE" in one legislature. (A legislature is the time between elections.)
3) By a "RED CODE" a party can move a bill to vote whenever the party wants to. The party writes "RED CODE" in the Bill title.
4) An "Impolite party" can become a polite party by making his excuses publicly. He can do so 3 times per legislature.
5) No other party will form or maintain a cabinet with an "impolite party".
6) Parties who aren't aware that this Act exists, can not be seen as an "impolite party". ( Protection for new parties in Alduria.)
7) If this Act passed there will be amnesty granted to all parties who had break the law concerning the Debate Act.
8) A call for early elections will not be blocked by this Act.

MessageWe will not support this bill. There is already a debate act and we in the ULF see no reason to make any changes to the law that already stands.

MessageBecause that law forces innocent parties to vote no on what they want.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.
