Description[?]:
B.6 -- Welfare Act September 3546 Mr. HOPPER, Democrats' Spokeman for Health and Social Services Summary: We should conduct several reforms in the area of welfare. We think we can all agree that there is a need to help those in need. Plus, the individual knows better about the ideal way to plan for his retirement than the government. We should therefore let them save up for retirement on their own. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Article 1 is quite noble. We could agree with it based on moral principle. Article 2, however, would take an option away from an individual. By having the option public pension system, an individual could choose what they think is best for themselves. I yield. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
