MessagePublic works projects are best left to regional governments which are more sensitive to regional social and economic needs. We also question the harsh welfare laws proposed here.. Those in need should be supported into self-sufficiency, not impoverished and then completely abandoned.

MessageOf course they will, they will have to. But regardless, the public works program would provide them with jobs. The whole purpose of this bill was to create jobs and at the same time cut welfare and reduce welfare dependency.
