MessageWe can scratch article 1, but we feel that article 2 addresses a real problem. Post offices handle private letters, bills, paper deliveries – even money transfers. Important papers, all in their own way, and to ensure they are handled properly, we feel that some form of demands on whoever handle them is warranted.
