Bill: Treaty withdrawals

Details

Submitted by[?]: United People's Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 3551

Description[?]:

Withdrawing from some treaties that were either outdated (made for the former so-called county of Beluzia, not as a republic nation of Beluzia...we have better people's interests now!), or introduced in the pretext of better cooperation while they have only drained our resources to the extent of not receiving anything in return.
It's time to formulate new treaties or replace old ones with some of these nations but with better policies, and with other great partners, and free ourselves of these archaic ones.

MessageRemember, there's nothing that we hold against any of these nations or organizations. Just that we have a stronger global outlook now, and great future prospects, so our treaties must reflect our current positions and future requirements, with the same nations as well as with others, not rely on age-old ones that were honestly not helping our people much.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.
