Message | You have failed to tell us who would handle the appeal. Currently, we have the Justice Minister performing that duty. Why would you take that away from the Justice Minister? Who would persons appeal to? Why haven't you told us? Don't make up something, now. It should have been stated in the bill description, because that's what we're voting for, not your comments Mr. President. -- George Martin, Chairman of the NRG, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | I am very sad, when I see that my deputy, current Vice President doesn't know what higher court.means, when he ask me to explain I quote "Who would persons appeal to?" Mr. Vice President are you familiar with Lodamun system of courts. I will remind you about Government's position towards the administration of law. Current law says "There are regional courts, but decisions of regional courts may be appealed to national courts (if the right to appeal exists)." Hedwig Demoney President of Lodamun |

Message | Yes, but who is the appeal going to be made to? Your statements have nothing to do with taking away the duty from the Justice Minister. Currently, the Justice Minister reviews appeals. If he decides to grant an appeal, it is sent to a higher court. With the new proposal, you haven't made it clear who will be responsible for handling appeals. Do the citizens send their appeal request to the President? Do the citizens send their appeal request directly to the 75-member supreme court? Do the citizens choose which any non-regional court to send their appeal request to? I prefer to keep the current system where the Justice Minister reviews the appeal requests, and decides which court is appropriate to handle the appeal thereafter. -- George Martin, Chairman of the NRG, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | That means we have: Discrit Courts County Courts Regional Courts National (or Federal) Court Supreme Court of Lodamun Do you understand now Mr. Vice President or do I need to simplify? And that is why we should elect our President directly, because I don't know who elect you for VP? MPoL has 126 seats, you party has 57. I would like that in my cabinet position of VP is given to Monarchist Party or Liberal Party of Lodamun. |

Message | If judgement is set on District Court, that means, person can appeal against a judgement and have it reviewed by a higher court (in that case County Court). If judgement is set on County Court, he cann appeal on Regional Court. In your case Justice Minister has too much power, and second he cannot reviewed all judgment in reasonable time. |

Message | You're under the misconception that there would only be one national/federal court, when the truth is that there are to be multiple courts on the national level, each responsible for different matters. That is why the current law about court structure says "decisions of regional courts may be appealed to national courts" where "courts" is plural, not a single national/federal court. Still, what I'm asking is who the appeal request would be made to. Currently, the appeal requests go to the Justice Minister. If I have a problem with a ruling from a regional court, I can send a request to the Justice Minister to have an appeal. If he grants it, I go to the court he sends me to. Right now, it seems you're proposing that the appeal requests would go directly to the courts themselves. That would waste a lot of the courts' time. Let the Justice Minister handle the appeal requests, and only the approved requests will be sent to the courts, instead of giving the courts all the paperwork to do in addition to what they already have to do. The leaders of both the Monarchist Party and Liberal Party are Vice Presidents, according to this act which was passed with a supermajority: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=387843 We have 3 Vice Presidents. The leader of any party, with seats, who voted in favour of a cabinet proposal is considered a Vice President in that cabinet (under the current law, but you are free to attempt to change it). -- George Martin, Chairman of the NRG, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | That is why we spend lot of money. We have to pay 3 VP, which have same responsibility, and some people do not have anything to eat, or have job. |

Message | They cannot be member of Cabinet and Congress at the same time. It's a conflict of interest. So we paid VPs and people who replace them in Congress. |

Message | In our current system, all members of the cabinet (including the President) are in Congress. This fusion of powers allows stability. You're free to propose a change to the system. -- George Martin, Chairman of the NRG, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | But simple question, if Cabinet do something wrong, who will run vote of no confidence. Congress should be there to control Excutive Cabinet and member of Cabinet should not be member of Congress at the same time. |

Message | The Congress can always elect a new President and cabinet. We have 5 parties, and no-one has an absolute majority. -- George Martin, Chairman of the NRG, Vice President of Lodamun |
