| Mr Speaker, A sense of order must be restored to the public finances. With that this government is committed to fixing the books of our nation. All previous debt that has been accumulated will be defaulted upon the passing of this act and we will form a new 3 year budget plan. The above spending figures represent our 3 year budget spending plan. I urge the RNC to pass them as quickly as possible. Harry Madden, Lord President |
