Dear Members of the Parliament: We cannot allow the proliferation of nuclear power plants in the Commonwealth of Rutania for the following reasons: (1) The radioactive waste would emit abnormally large amounts of radiation in local communities thus causing cancer and other health conditions; (2) In light of modern times involving ***Terrorism***, a terrorist can simply detonate a conventional bomb at a nuclear site reactor thus *amplifying* the explosion to the equivalent of an atomic bomb. ----Joint Parliamentary Conference of Brandon Adams, Minister of DEFENSE, and Brian A.
