Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Dear Distingished Members of the Parliament: This is a cabinet coalition that represents the interests of *everybody* with the seniority of the Prime Minister going to the MLR since they rightfully won the Presidency. The Sunbeam Squad gains 3 cabinet seats equal to the MLR since their party put up a formidable fight in the last elections. However, I suggest that the Capitalist Working Families Party gain at least 4 seats because they represent the interests of *both* of the major parties, MLR and Sunbeam Squad, as they garnered significant strides in the last elections in the Provinces of Delvar (traditionally held by the MLR) and Kragusrov (traditionally held by the Sunbeam Squad.
