MessageThe NFL bill making this proposal has been in debate for several years. Since it seems stalled there, we are re-proposing.

The CCF believes gambling is in effect a tax on the poor, and voted against legalizing it nationally. However, we believe that parliament may be able to agree with making this a matter for local governments to decide, in keeping with the national preference for decentralization.
