MessageDe venstregrønne does not accept the idea that anyone in our country is illegal. We are all human beings regardless of where we come from and must be treated equally.

MessageWe agree that the term "illegal alien" is indeed a strange one, which shouldn't be used as much as it is. However, the fact that the VG believes that these... well, illegal aliens, are going to be capable of functioning in society without any papers, without any rights as citizens etcetera, simply proves their naïveté. It is important that we help our foreign friends who have immigrated to Kazulia to get a stable foothold in the country, if not they will ultimately fall out of our social system - both economically and socially.

MessageSince the bill is now an improvement on what we have VG will vote in favour. We oppose however forcibly sending people to "integration" centres and feel that all that is needed is for everyone, regardless of their national origin, to be given equal rights to live and work in Kazulia and fully participate in our society. Obviously some additional assistance and support might need to be provided to some people but this should come through the welfare system as it does for all other Kazulian residents.
