Message | Mr. Speaker, As a friend of Francisco de Nueva, I would like to urge him to support this Bill, if only because if he opposes it, then our political opponents will use that as an excuse to pretend he is in favour of slavery. Fabricio Alvarado MP Leader of Hacia Casa |

Message | Mr. Speaker, If we are to take a closer look at the slaves of Egelion, you will certainly see what kind of a person is a slave. Prior to Egelion's conversion to the Selucian Patriarchal Church, the Solduni faith was the main faith of Egelion. A heretical system of ancestor worship, it was abolished only a handful of years ago, when I was young and new to the government. As the Solduni faith was abolished, its belligerents were forced into slavery. This meant criminals, heretics, and the Solduni fanatics were now the slaves. Effectively, by simply emancipating the slaves, we are giving a thumbs up to a system of druid-worship. I ask that this bill be re-proposed with a section dealing directly with the Solduni.
