Bill: Fried Fish - 3567
Details
Submitted by[?]: Great National Republican Guard
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3567
Description[?]:
It's time to fry some fish. The NRG will gladly provide the oil. Recently, a ridiculous bill to destroy our population was passed: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=394534 It is time to get rid of this, as well as move towards promoting the growth of our nation. To sustain population growth, we believe in encouraging food production through deregulation of the fishing industry. |

Message | Our party will accept articles 2, 3, 5 and 6 only, but articles 1 and 4 will destroy our country's ecosystem, and i believe that i also speak for Richard Harris, Minister of Food and Agriculture and Claudia Smith, Minister of Environment and Tourism. Lindous Entaris Minister of Science and Technology |
Date | 04:45:11, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, Articles 1 & 4 will not destroy anything. Our coast is on a large ocean. We don't have to do fishing in shallow waters close to the coast; we can send our fishermen into neutral waters to do deep-sea fishing. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
Date | 04:53:50, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Monarchist Party | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | The ecosystem is based on a domino effect what affects one area example the "large ocean" affects the other example the "shallow waters", or also in reverse the fish population will drastically dwindle in both areas and could be devastating for future generations with possibilities of the extinction of some underwater plant and animal life. Andolion Evargo, Chairman of the Monarchist Party |
Date | 04:57:22, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The commercial activity of a nation with an average population cannot destroy the entire Northern half of the world's waters. By Mr. Evargo's logic, we should have laws against other nations fishing as well, since they will destroy our ecosystem through some theorised domino effect. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
Date | 05:15:20, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Monarchist Party | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Getting rid of the current fishing quota will affect the stability of the fish population, if a particular fish species is allow to be fished unregulated by a quota, will lead to the species extinction and the species was a food source to another species which will lead the second species to consume more plant life as an alternative to the lack of the first species, which will also cause a decrease or lack of plant life, which the ecosystem possessing no primary/ low food source (Plant life) will cause the said system to collapse. Andolion Evargo Chairman of the Monarchist Party |
Date | 05:36:33, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, By Mr. Evargo's logic, we should be regulating the fishing industry of other nations as well. We can't. There is no point in holding our fishing industry back, for environmental concerns, when we have no control over whether other nations do the same. While ranting on and on about the quota, the Vice President hasn't told us what the quota is. Was it even specified when the law was established? No. There has been no effective quota. We should all stop lying to the people. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
Date | 05:44:34, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Monarchist Party | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Will you Paul Fertig stop spreading propaganda to the people as these things have a way of backfiring, and when the there is no more food to feed the people what shall we do, tear you apart and feed your flesh to the masses. Andolion Evargo Chairman of the Monarchist Party |
Date | 05:51:09, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, We are not spreading propaganda "to the people" - we are speaking within the Presidium. When there is no more food to feed the people, it won't be our problem; it will be the government's problem. My party isn't responsible for the people. The government is responsible for the people. We are not a part of the government: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=394680 When the people are dying of hunger, it will be Richard Harris' problem, not ours. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
Date | 05:58:03, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Monarchist Party | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | So you would make a decision that would in the short term please the people but in the long term knowingly condemn them and their descendants my self included to disaster shows you are not fit to ever lead a nation by residing in government. Andolion Evargo Chairman of the Monarchist Party |
Date | 05:59:35, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, My party isn't in the government at the moment. It's not our concern what issues the government will face. When we are in government, we will care more. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
Date | 16:13:45, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Liberal Party of Lodamun | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Fertig, That is not the right way to go about getting things done, how can you say it is not your problem what the current government will face just because you are in opposition, are willing to propose bills which would harm Lodamun's people just t |
Date | 16:16:49, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The current government wants to keep our population small. We must allow Lodamun to grow. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
Date | 16:19:37, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Liberal Party of Lodamun | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | *Mr. Fertig, That is not the right way to go about getting things done, how can you say it is not your problem what the current government will face just because you are in opposition, are you willing to propose bills which would harm Lodamun's people and dwindle resources just because you don't care as much as you did when you were in power? Be more rational and have a heart as well sir. Mr.Ronald Martin, Minister of Head of Government |
Date | 16:22:43, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The President is arguing something that is irrelevant to the bill. Let us put the petty "government versus opposition" and "who cares" arguments behind us and focus on the actual bill. Are we going to promote the growth of Lodamun or not? Fish deserve to die, and Lodamun deserves to grow. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
Date | 16:36:57, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Liberal Party of Lodamun | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The Deputy Opposition Leader is clearly anti-ecological. What do we when there are too many people ? Kill them ? Force them to go to war to die to balance the population? I agree that Lodamun deserves to grow but the environment shouldn't have to suffer. Ronald Martin, President |
Date | 18:06:11, October 27, 2013 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Fried Fish - 3567 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, I believe the President is a fish. It is clearly why he is defending other fishes. -- Paul Fertig, Chairman of the NRG, Deputy Opposition Leader |
