Description[?]:

The Zardic Government shall over a course of 15 years send annual aid payments worth 1 billion ZAR to Badara to assist in security force development and infrastructure development.
The military base in Badara shall be known as the Zardic-Badaran Multi-Purpose Defense Installation and shall host no more than 4000 Zardic military personal without prior consent from the Badaran government. The 4th Airborne Regiment of the X Airborne Corps shall be based there and its ranks shall consist of 2000 troops. Zardugal shall also deploy 2 destroyers and 1 light battle cruiser to be the naval detachment there.
Zardugal shall contract with and hire up to 1200 advisors to be sent to Badara to assist in the development of the country.
