| Citizens of Dranland, Our nation has been struck at its heart, our national parliament has been destroyed. The terrorism continues, the violence, the death, the destruction. The government of this nation has failed us and has even attempted to exploit this situation to advance their racist agenda. This has gone on for too long, we must have order and stability. Our government is disarray, our society is living in fear. With each passing day it seems as though we are becoming less safe. I have sat powerless as a ceremonial president. But I can no longer ignore this situation. For that reason, I hereby declare authority over the Dranish Government. I declare an end to the legitimacy of the Cadfeal Government and I will work to restore order and stability to this nation. I hope that I can gain the support of the national parties of this nation and of members of the national bureaucracy. Only with that support can this be successful and can we end this anarchic state. So again, with this proclamation, I am declaring the Cadfeal Government illegitimate and am assuming control over the national government. We must act in the absolute interests of national security and ensure the protection of our citizens. Soon we can again have a stable Dranish State.
