| The federal government will ease the restrictions on chemical and biological weapons to allow the Imperial Army to respond to the full range of threats to our Empire. This change is entirely consistent with earlier Acts allowing the use of such weapons in retaliation in war. The use of land mines is to be disallowed by the federal government following consultations with senior military officials. |
