Message | I would like to ask why this is needed. We don't see the improvements that this would cause |

Message | 17: This was the existing law in Beluzia always, and the sudden increase to one more year, since the last 4 years, made the education sector ridden of bureaucratic potholes. Having an increased compulsory education year meant more spendings (roughly 50000 BELS per student, per year!), most of which was indeed unnecessary as our children, going by the school enrollment and completion ages, complete school and higher secondary/vocational education upto or before they are 17 years of age. Anther year means putting them to compulsory education even after they have completed basic/vocational/school education and denying them the right to further education/full-time employment too. |

Message | Ok, good explanation. Potholes are indeed bad and creating unnecessary spending and limiting people who want to work too. We obviously agree |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
