And then there is President Sun, the elected president of Dranland, who continues to lead in Elbian and who is the only person who technically has legitimacy. |

As far as I can see here (OOC: Coup and the military Cabinet Proposal), it was merely proposed that no Presidential candidates were fielded other than the military one. It appears only three or so other players agreed (unless others did through PMs) and indeed only those three endorsed Cubrero. |
