Herr Präsident, instead of continuing an endless war on drugs that consumes considerable amounts of tax money we could certainly spend more wisely, we should adopt a more sensible policy on this issue and learn to treat drugs like all the other vices like cigarettes and alcohol - make them safe and legal.
