MessageTorture should only be permissible with Permission from the Head of Police, The Army and most importantly the President. If these three parties do not agree then the proponent of such torture should be imprisoned. I do however agree that all able-bodied prisoners should work during the day. I will vote against this proposal because of Article 1.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Our military and police forces are private paramilitary groups that are hired by contract.
We review the applicants thoroughly before giving them contracts.

In a nation of almost 100 million people, we can't afford for everything to pass through my office.

MessageThen how about leaving the responsibility to capable minds then ? Like having a sector that can issue permission for torture of suspects since the president can't handle such a responsibility due to the size of the population and still wishes for the population to grow even more, I will also decline to vote yes because of article 1.

MessagePolice should be trusted to use their discretion. It would be crazy for them to have to wait for bureaucracy and all that madness before torturing someone. By the time they get the permission to torture the person, and they actually torture the person, the information they get may be useless. Time is an issue in the war on crime.
