Proposed: It is at the discretion of the police officer to torture suspects for information.

Old value:: Prisoners can do certain jobs in prison, voluntarily, for a small wage.

| Message | Torture should only be permissible with Permission from the Head of Police, The Army and most importantly the President. If these three parties do not agree then the proponent of such torture should be imprisoned. I do however agree that all able-bodied prisoners should work during the day. I will vote against this proposal because of Article 1. |

Like having a sector that can issue permission for torture of suspects since the president can't handle such a responsibility due to the size of the population and still wishes for the population to grow even more, I will also decline to vote yes because of article 1. |
