| Due to the threat posed to our national security by militant subversives, mainly from the communist and ultra-nationalist movements, it is necessary to take appropriate measures to safeguard the well-being of our democratic system and the safety of our citizens. Article 1 - The internet has developed into the Mind of Satanial, a lawless realm where anything goes and the usual norms do not apply. This situation can be tolerated no further. From now on, the internet will be policed - just like everywhere else. Article 2 - Trigunia has the finest army in the world. Our police would benefit from its resources and its expertise in dealing with the most serious troublemakers.
