General Provisions

Jelbania shall be a Monarchy, the Paramount and Sovereign Ruler of the country and the people shall be the Patriarch of the Imperial House of Sebastian who shall be styled as the Emperor of Jelbania.

The House of Sebastian are henceforth reinstated to the status and recognition as the rightful and sole Imperial and Royal House of Jelbania.

The Jelbanian nobility is restored, and all those stripped of their titles, offices and lands are reinstated, without prejudice to the creation of new peerages.

All those stripped of their titles, offices, positions and rank in the government, military and other state or public agencies and instrumentalities for reason of loyalty to the Crown, are reinstated and given full pension privileges.
