Message | Mr. Speaker, Article 1 is understandable. Article 2 is unnecessary, but debateable. Article 3 holds the entire nation's healthcare ransom. The private sector will name their price, unreasonably, and get paid by taxpayers. Article 4 is a major reform that we do not agree with. Article 5 is crazy.
