| It is time for us to add new cities to Dolgaria. While Lirath is our most populous region, Kirzon and Kirzon Valley are also equally large, and deserve cities named after important Dolgarians As an act of Memoriam to our great and glorious leader, Sylvia Van Devanter, who was assasinated in office after having served Dolgaria for nearly 30 years, The Capitalist Conspiracy, Under the Devine Leadership of Sam Walton Proposes that the Senate enact whatever legislation necessary to create several hubs of trade in each of Dolgaria's Provinces, and more importantly, One of these cities be named in honor of our great Emperor, Sylvia Van Devanter. I also propose that we place this city in Kirzon Valley, the province that most supported and loved our dearly departed Emperor. |
