It will do the following: Unite our Populace; regardless of race, class or religion Reduce Administration Costs Give all Citizens a Small Savings with which to start their lives Give all Citizens useful Job Skills If you would notice, this is NOT a military service, merely one of a national and economic duty. |

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.
Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term of civilian national service.

Message | The only way was too make civil service lower paying. I think it can be assumed that military woudl be allowed and included, if so, they should be on equal standing. |
