MessageMr. Speaker,

How ignorant of the Gronaldist Party to call this proposal a "unity" cabinet when it excludes two political parties, including the second largest of all parties.

And "desperate times call for desperate measures?" What oddly timed reactionary statements. The Gronaldist Party sounds as though they're proposing a war cabinet or as though our nation is the brink of some kind of societal collapse.

The only present desperateness is the desperateness of the Gronaldist Party to claim a hold on power over Tukarali.

MessageThe UDT/TDU has consistently stated that it will not participate in a coalition government with the DWP, and the DWP feels the same way- we do not believe that there can be a functional government composed of party members who have radically different visions from each other. The DWP opposes this proposal and has instead proposed one with ministers who can work together to create a better Tukarali, free of radical conservative UDT/TDU influence.

Message"The UDT/TDU would have been prepared to consider working with the DWP under these circumstances, even putting up with the reactionary social agenda that the DWP has consistently put forward. As things stand now, we can only look at the irony that the DWP, a party with extreme socially conservative views, rejects our 'radically conservative' influence (which has been consistently been more moderate than the social views put forward put forward by the DWP) and promptly proposed a cabinet that includes a party even more reactionary than the DWP, trying to sell that proposal as 'progressive'"
