On the passing of this bill, the Minisrties of Justice and of Internal Affairs will begin a program to be known as "Cash for Information on Crime." This program will allow rewards to be paid to individuals who provide pertinent and important information regarding crimes, criminals, fugitives and related offenses, including but not limited to: -persons speaking in foreign languages -persons indulging in forbidden racial relationships -political opponents, runaway slaves, fugitives and foreigners in the nation without proper registration and identification corrupt officials, persons who have committed a crime, persons who are committing a crime and persons who will commit a crime sometime in the future -persons who have not shown proper respect to the nation, King, flag, national anthem or any other national symbol -persons who deny the superiority of the Duntrekkers or who question this doctrine The reward will depend on the crime, the information given and speed at which the person in question is detained. |
