| Message | Gicho-sama, It is my honour, on behalf of the Governor-General and particularly His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty, our - we can now truly say - Golden Emperor, to present to the House today a bill of great importance. It is aimed, no more and no less, towards resolving the rivalry between Indrala and Gao-Soto as to the heritage of Gao-Soto and our influence in continental affairs. For too long have the two primary Gao-Showan monarch of Dovani been on opposite sides - one traditional, one modern and relatively Western. This treaty will retain those differences, which couldn't be resolved because they are engrained in political philosophy and culture, but it will deprive them of their divisive implications in matters political and international. Together, Indrala and the Crownlands can become an effective force for peace and prosperity in Dovani, as we've already been seeing at St. Anton. At the same time, this treaty leaves nothing to be doubted about our influence in North Dovani and our special role in this region.
