Reckognizing that the current age of adulthood is 13 years. Also reckognizing that no 13 year old has the cognitive ability as comes with the title of "Adult." Therefore the ACP urges the membership of the People's Assembly to change the age to 18 when a person might have a better cognitive ability. |
