AN ACT to make special provision for granting asylum to the victims of civil rights curtailment in Dankuk.

BE IT ENACTED by His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty, Kaiser Otto of Hulstria, and His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty, Mikado Okatori Akihiko of Gao-Soto, by and with the advice and consent of the Imperial Diet of Hulstria and Gao-Soto, at Kien assembled, having observed the Constitutional rights of the Länderrat, and by the authority of the same, as follows-
ERLASSEN vom Seiner Kaiserliche und Erlauchte Luthoranische Majestät, Kaiser Otto von Hulsterreich, und Seiner Kaiserliche und Himmlische Majestät, Mikado Okatori Okahiko von Gao-Soto, vom und mit Rat und Zustimmung des Reichstages Hulsterreichs und Gao-Sotos, in Kien versammelt, mit Beobachtung der Verfassungsmäßige Rechten des Länderrates, und auf Autorität des gleichen, wie folgt-

1) Special provision granting asylum to KDF members
(1) It is uniformly declared that until the repeal or expiration of the present bill, a special request for political asylum may be made to the Imperial Foreign Office by members of the banned Kyo Defence Forces subject to persecution for the said membership in the Kingdom of Dankuk;
(2) The Minister for Foreign Affairs shall rule on such requests for extraordinary asylum;

2) Special provision granting asylum to those subject to cultural discrimination
(1) It is declared that until the repeal or expiration of the present bill, a special request for political asylum may be made to the Imperial Foreign Office by members of minorities in Dankuk subject to restrictions based on their culture;
(2) The Minister for Foreign Affairs shall rule on such requests for extraordinary asylum;

3) Provision made for those seeking asylum
(1) Those who have been granted extraordinary asylum under sections 1 and 2 shall receive permits to reside and work in the Crownlands or any of the colonies and be registered as such to last until the time of their return or the repeal or expiration of this act; the government shall provide those who have no worldly goods with the basic necessities of life;
(2) Upon or before the repeal or expiration of this act, there may be special provision made for obtaining the Crownlander citizenship;
(3) The government may decide to extend the residential and work permits of former extraordinary asylum seekers in the event of the repeal or expiration of this Act;

4) Expiration
(1) This Act shall expire unless it is extended within a period of 10 years;
