Message | We are giving to those who most need it both locally and internationally. We think the current lae is the best. It's not like we are just throwing money at everyone, just those nations which are having more serious problems then us. |

Message | Our current surplus is about 1,125,000,000. If this new budget passes, we will only have about a 125,000,000 surplus so don't really see how we can give high levels of aid money out. We have a surplus for a reason, so in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist attack or something we have extra funds to help our citizens and to rebuild. Yes we should give some aid out but we just can't do high levels. I think moderate is best. |

Message | aid would be included in the budget under most likely FA, if we only gave disaster relief then it might not be included. But we are talking medical aid for countries with no health care system, food for those who have not enough agriculture, etc. |
