MessageWe believe that, by funding, we make private schools accessable to everyone, at least financially.
We are afraid we might create a irreparable gap between public and private schools if we agree on this one.
First point taken, and we agree that home schooling should be a possibility.

MessageGovernment funding to private schools debunks the notion of being a 'Private' school. If it receives government funding there will be less funds available or institutions that are actually the FULL responsibility (financial and regulatory) of the government

MessageMa'am,
You've got a point. But then again, what is 'private'?
It doesn't mean that a school can't be a private school, just because it receives government funding.
Our primary objective is to make good education accessible for everyone.

MessageAgreed.
It should be accessible and will be accessible.
If one cannot afford the fees of a private school then one simply opts for public school. In the event that a private school requires government funding, the government reserves the right to seize control of said school.

MessageP&A wonders what will happen with the money we save by accepting this bill.
Will the reserve be used to invest in public schools?
