| The bill is needed for the following justifications: Article 1) We are a democracy and not a monarchy. If the Head of State is hereditary and symbolic, then that means we have a King, and democracies don't really have kings. Most countries around the world have the Head of State and Head of Government as one figure, so it is only normal that we comply. Article 2) In the news and in other areas of the game, our Prime Minister is addressed as "bla bla bla the The Prime Minister of Vorona" (yes, two the's). This is terrible English and has to be updated. Article 3) In the news and in other areas of the game, our President is addressed as "bla bla bla the The President of Vorona" (yes, two the's). This is terrible English and has to be updated. |

| Message | I don't know how the game deals with it, but I believe the Prime Minister position will become the Vice President equivalent (like in the USA) instead of the government-leading Prime Minister (like in the UK). |
