Message | Hmm, I think I'll abstain. The bill has very good intentions, yet may be planning too far ahead. Also, it may have issues with my track record (converting me to unitarism as opposed to federalism), but in any case consider my abstention a "I mainly agree" instead of a "I don't care" stance. |
