Curfew Policy. Under this bill, it will become illegal for the Government, National or Local, to impose a Curfew Policy. Exceptions can be made for specific individuals, but only under a court order from a High Court. However, no groups of people can be put under a curfew. This keeps the power out of the hands of future Governments that may abuse it. |
