MessageMr. Speaker,

The Democratic Party will never vote for a bill that reinstates the inhumane Death Penalty, nor should the Hutorian Government be allowed to use torture as a means to getting vital information.

The Democratic Party will not budge on those issues.

MessageMr.Speaker,

Those whom have taken hundreds of lives, should have their's taken or they'll just begin to create unrest within the prison system. It's inhumane to deprive citizens that have had loved ones taken from then in an eye blink.

A male/female, who's committed a crime or may be linked to crime; and he decided not to tell law enforcement what's happening, which leads to casualties. What is the physical and mental damage of a single criminal to the lives of dozens upon dozens of the average citizen.
