Old value:: The law bars the government from extraditing anyone who is a citizen of the state.
Current: Extradition to nations that practice cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects or in punishment is not allowed.
Proposed: The law does not limit the power of the government to pursue extradition treaties.

Message | Mr.Speaker, Those whom have taken hundreds of lives, should have their's taken or they'll just begin to create unrest within the prison system. It's inhumane to deprive citizens that have had loved ones taken from then in an eye blink. A male/female, who's committed a crime or may be linked to crime; and he decided not to tell law enforcement what's happening, which leads to casualties. What is the physical and mental damage of a single criminal to the lives of dozens upon dozens of the average citizen. |
